Find first-hand impressions and detailed road tests exploring the performance, style, comfort and more of
New Audi A1 2014.
Here we have the very first spy shots of the new
Audi A1 2014/S1 Facelift. The prototype is still heavily disguised, revealing new bumpers, new front grille, new linear headlights similar to the new A3. The rear lights design has not changed, but as you can see the braking lights are now linear and there are now indicators.
Release Date and Price
Meanwhile some rumors told that Audi A1 2014 release date will be in late this year. You can get in touch with certified traders of the Audi to discover out more about the Audi A1 2014 price. There is no purpose why you should be eventually missed when it comes to the high-class and relaxation that comes with Audi vehicles. This car is made in a way that they will provide you even more than you predicted. We promise that we will update soon after Audi announces Audi A1 2014 release date.
The S1 prototype you see here is wearing the facelifted A1’s clothes. If you look closely, the headlights are shaped similar to those on the latest A3. We know this is the S1 variant due to the quad-exhaust tips at the rear and large alloy wheels.
While it won’t be as extreme as the A1 Quattro, it won’t be as severely limited in production, either. It’s likely to pack more than 200 horsepower from a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, a detuned version of the A1 Quattro’s powerplant. That should yield 0-60 mph times in the six-second range and a top speed around 140 mph. We also expect the S1 to get quattro all-wheel drive, its own S-line trim and appearance enhancements, and a sport-tuned suspension.
We assume an unveiling will occur March next year at the Geneva Motor Show.
